Erik Montoya received his keys on January 18th during a ceremony at the Diplomat Hotel in Stockholm
Graduated in 2016, Erik now stands alongside 12 members in Sweden as the youngest member of his section at the age of 24.

Erik’s professional journey started strong following a management program after graduation. Upon completion, he was offered the position of Front Office Supervisor with the 5 star hotel Upper House making him one of the youngest Supervisors’s of a 5-star property in Sweden at the age of 22. Together with the General Manager he developed further the position which today includes the Concierge Service under his supervision.
Erik applied for the Golden Keys to further develop his view of top class service and to open more doors in his career with the ultimate goal to reach a management position by the age of 25.

Les Clefs d’Or (translated as The Golden Keys) is a professional association of hotel concierges, with approximately 4000 members working in over 80 countries and 530 destinations, in literally every corner of the world. You can recognize Concierge Clefs d’Or by the keys they display on the collar of their uniforms.
