IHTTI Opens Doors to Neuchâtel Community

Throughout the day on Saturday, November 22^nd, curious (and hungry) local visitors had the opportunity to discover the school located in the heart of the city for the first time. Guided tours were given to present the design hotel features of the school, students showed off their hospitality and culinary flairs through demonstrations and workshops and local producers set up their stands for tasting and sampling opportunities. An event for all ages, even the young ones had plenty on offer for entertainment including cupcake decorating and apple carving stands.

The visitors were very impressed by the warm welcome they received from the international students. It was a happy opportunity for IHTTI students to host the residents of the community they are proud to live and learn in.
