IHTTI School of Hotel Management Wine Club from Strength to Strength!

Tzvetan Mihaylov is the driving force behind the club, which is enjoying great success amongst students. Tzvetan who teaches wine and bar subjects at IHTTI, saw the interest of some students to explore and taste a wider variety of wines than he was able to offer during class time - hence the IHTTI wine club was born.

Every Tuesday night, a new region is chosen and using their tasting skills, students are challenged to identify the price point of three different wines. An interesting task that is not easily achieved!

At IHTTI learning goes way beyond the classroom and it is the passion and professionalism of our academic staff such as Tzvetan who help to make all the difference!
