Swiss hospitality management combined with Italian cuisine

This collaborative activity was first launched in April 2015 where the students from Alma were invited to partake in a 1-week workshop with the theme “banqueting and cost control”. During that week students from the Alma school had the opportunity to visit Swiss Hotel Management School in Caux and have an international experience. As this initiative was a huge success this year, 22 new students had the opportunity to enhance and improved their business and entrepreneurial skills.

Swiss Education Group and Alma are now actively seeking new forms of collaboration and exciting projects will follow!
