SHMS Leysin's Concept Labs is a space of creation that encourages students to experiment with new food and beverage concepts.
The students are given a budget, an open space, a kitchen and the encouragement and freedom to turn into an unforgettable dining experience to share with their fellow students and teachers.
The program is part of the curriculum for Masters of International Business in Hotels, Resorts and F & B and Restaurant Management students. It offers a complete toolbox for business learning outcomes with the encouragement of innovation, creativity and playfulness.

Master of International Business in Hotel and Resort Management (with Specialisation)
Specialist modules in resort and spa management provide students with key industry knowledge. The modules of ‘Resort Operations Management’ and ‘Spa Operations Management’, include hands-on shadowing in areas of operations management within Swiss Hotel Management School, ensuring students acquire the skills and competencies that will enhance their degree of employability.
